Thursday June 11, 2015 - Star Surf + Skate is very proud to announce that we have come runner up in the 2015 SBIA Australian Surf Industry Awards. In the past four years, Star has won WA's Retailer of the Year award twice and placed runner up twice, so if history repeats itself we should be a shoe-in to take out the award at next year's event.
Congratulations to Vidler's who were named 2015 WA Retailer of the Year and also to the the Retail Allstars surf team, made up of surf shop owners and employees who beat out the Brands United team which was made up of employees from international surf brands like Hurley, Quiksilver and Billabong.
Many thanks to the SBIA board and staff for running a tight ship again and we hope to see everyone again at the 2016 awards!
